Get ready for an exhilarating, effective, calorie-burning dance-fitness party!

 

Join us anytime throughout the semester! Classes will be held in Ledford Multipurpose Room #2 (door across from Women’s Life). ¬†Classes are open to female Southeastern students, staff, faculty, and dependents. ¬†All fitness levels are welcome and no previous experience is required!
