Faculty, Staff, and Students:

We want to announce to you that Southeastern now has COVID-19 testing kits available provided by Radeas Clinical Lab in Wake Forest. The testing kits can be administered to the following: 

• Any member of the SEBTS community (faculty, staff, students, family members) who believes he/she has been exposed to an individual who is confirmed COVID-19 positive. 
• Any member of the SEBTS community (faculty, staff, students, family members) who has begun demonstrating COVID-19 symptoms.  

The cost of the test is $85. SEBTS will not be filing insurance claims. Individuals will need to pursue that option on their own.  

Two significant benefits

1. The turnaround for results will be 24 hours.
2. The test is saliva based and very simple to administer.

In order to take advantage of this option, please contact the Southeastern Health Center on Tuesday’s 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. or Thursday’s 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. If it is an emergency, you can contact the Dean of Students Office at (919) 761-2306 or email jhare@sebts.edu to make an appointment, pay, and have the test administered by a representative from the Dean of Students Office.
