Everyone, come to campus dressed like Danny Akin! Photos will be put up in the Library and Ledford for students to vote on which professor imitated him the best!
The winning professor will receive a custom-catered meal from Mag Kitchen for themselves and a small group of family and friends. The students who voted for the winning professor will be entered into a drawing for a gift card!
The voting will be from 12-8 PM.
Here are some suggestions to get your personal, presidential wardrobe started:
Join us for lunch on the Binkley Quad right after chapel on Thursday, May 8th!
We’ll have hot dogs and hamburgers for everyone. There will also be inflatables for kids and adults, and plenty of yard games. Help us wind down the semester with some food, fun, and fellowship!
Join us on our next Lunch & Learn event! Mark your calendars for April 30th at 12 pm EST and join us on Zoom for an engaging session with Dr. Benjamin Quinn.
Dr. Quinn will lead us through his new book, The Way of Christ in Culture: A Vision for All of Life which presents a framework for how to think rightly about the relationship between faith and culture. As culture continues to become increasingly confusing, it’s essential for us to deepen our understanding of how to engage with it from a biblical perspective.
Grab your lunch while you enjoy a challenging conversation! Feel free to invite friends and colleagues who would also benefit from this experience.
We will be giving away one copy of Dr. Quinn’s book during the event!

We’re all hard-wired to want to make our lives count. None of us wants to get to the end of life, look back, and realize, “I missed the point.” So how do we make our lives count? This step-by-step journey through the life of Jesus in the book of Matthew will reveal a clear answer to that question. And for all who are bold enough to follow his lead, by God’s grace, we are guaranteed to get to the end of our time in this world and realize, “My life counted for what matters most.”
Join us for a 6 hour deep dive as we walk step-by-step through the Gospel of Matthew and pray for the church in Indonesia, North Korea, Myanmar, and other hard to reach places.
