DANCE INDIA – Mondays from 5:15-6:15 pm

Don’t Sweat It, Come Shake It! It is time to shake off the calories to Bollywood-inspired music and dance, and get in shape with a little foreign flavor factor. This fitness class requires no dance experience but attitudes are most welcome! Come ready to make new friends and join the fun on Mondays from 5:15-6:15 pm in the Ledford Multipurpose Room #2 (third floor in Ledford Center). Free and open to all SEBTS students, staff, and dependents.

ZUMBA® – Tuesdays from 5:15-6:15 pm

Ditch the Workout, Join the Party™! This exciting, calorie-burning fitness program incorporates Latin-inspired dance and high-energy cardio, combining interval and resistance training. No dance experience required. Join us on Tuesdays from 5:15-6:15 pm beginning January 22nd in the Ledford Multipurpose Room #2 (third floor). Free and open to all SEBTS students, staff, and dependents.
